Device Ownership

JadaIn sleep tracker device is sold by JadaIn itself. JadaIn device remains the property of JadaIn until full payment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the JadaIn device if timely payment is not received.

Usage Terms

The JadaIn device and services are intended only for personal and non-commercial use in monitoring your own sleep patterns. Use of the device for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. Data collected by the JadaIn device belongs to you, the user, but anonymized and aggregated data may be used by JadaIn to improve the device and services.

The JadaIn device is not medical and should not be solely relied upon for medical diagnoses or treatment advice. Consult your physician regarding sleep issues. We make no warranties as to the accuracy of data collected by the JadaIn device in determining sleep stages and patterns.

JadaIn grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the JadaIn device and services. We reserve the right to terminate this license without notice and cause.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our privacy policy details how we may collect, use, and disclose anonymized and aggregated data from the JadaIn device usage to improve our products and services. Personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties without your consent, except to comply with laws.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and securing the data on paired devices with the JadaIn device. Notify us instantly of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to your account.

Warranties & Liability

The JadaIn device and services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We disclaim any statutory or implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of the device and services, non-infringement, and title.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JadaIn shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the device and services. Our total liability in all circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase of the JadaIn device.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JadaIn from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the JadaIn device, services, and platform or any violations of these terms.

Governing Law
